Wet Weather
Our wet weather garments are designed and constructed to support the excellent waterproofing of our fabric. Every stitching line is seam sealed, then tested on an electrostatic head tester to ensure the weathertightness of the seam. We also select trims carefully, so that their performance is compatible with heavy weather use. Fabrics include poly oxford and PU.

Poly Oxford
A range of poly oxford weights can be sourced from 300 denier to our 150 denier Polyester Oxford that has been developed especially for us to meet our specific performance, protection and comfort requirements. This versatile, high performance fabric has been produced by sealing the fabric with layers of coatings that prevent rain entering.
The face of the fabric has been treated with a water repellent finish preventing the surface absorption of water,oil and dirt.
The inside of the fabric is coated with several layers of a specially developed finish to produce a permanent waterproofing system whilst maintaining excellent breathability of 5000 grams of water per square metre per day.

This two layer fabric with PU is tested to water pressure resistance of 20000mm and water vapour permeability greater than 8000g/m2. The soft handle, excellent abrasion resistance and durable washing make this fabric idea for garments requiring a high level of performance and style.
