Customised labels are made to customer preference, these include woven labels, heat transfer prints as well as swing tags and tickets.

Drill
We source high-quality cotton, and can supply test reports for colour-fastness and shrinkage on request. Typical drill workwear features: topstitched collars, chest pockets with pen stall and button-down flaps, side vents, cargo pockets, tool pockets, cell phone pockets, snap closures.
Softshell/Fleece
Softshell – a durable water-resistant fabric with a soft finish. This is ideal for attractive corporate uniforms that need to provide warmth and protection. Typical softshell features include: storm flaps, zip guards, stitched stand collars, zip in/out sleeves and epaulettes.
Our 100% polyester micro-fleece is soft to touch and very comfortable, in weights from 270gm to 360gm. It also has anti-pilling properties to ensure a long life.
Fire-retardant anti-static
Workwear and rainwear is designed to meet standards required for a range of industries (E.g. oil, gas, chemical, food and electrical environments). All garments are made with fire-retardant thread and trims.

We’re experts in keeping the wet out, while ensuring maximum comfort – whatever the weather. We source the best fabric, trim and thread for your project, and all rainwear can be customised as needed.

Polyester Oxford
We can source weights from 300 denier to our 150 denier Polyester Oxford, developed specially for Global Safewear. This versatile, high-performance fabric is seam-sealed to tested standards. We can advise on fabric selection or development to meet the waterproof and breathability required for specific industries.
Polyurethane (PU)
We source the highest quality polyurethane from around the world in line with our customers’ requirements. This is a robust fabric with a soft touch. Our PU garments feature high frequency welded seams for superior weather protection. They can also be customised with heat transfer decals.
PVC
The most robust fabric for wet weather, PVC is often used in fishing and agriculture industries. All seams are high frequency welded. Garments can also be customised with heat transfer decals.
3 Ply
This three-layer fabric with polyurethane is tested to water pressure resistance of 20,000mm and water vapour permeability greater than 8000g/m2. The soft handle, excellent abrasion resistance and durable washing make this fabric ideal for garments needing a high level of performance with style.
We can also source recycled fabrics as required.
